Hypertension Causes

 

Hypertension or most commonly called as high blood pressure is a stipulation of the blood pressure within the arteries that is recurrently rising. During heart beat, our hearts drains blood into the arteries up to the whole body. Blood pressure is the strength of blood that forcing up against the barrier of the blood vessels. When the blood pressure is extremely high, the heart works intensely to pump, and this might result to organ damage and various sickness including stroke, heart attacks, aneurysm, renal failure, and heart failure.

The real cause of hypertension is still anonymous, but there are various aspects that’s been categorize into this situation such as diabetes, smoking, overweight, stress, inactive lifestyle, not indulging to physical activities, excessive levels of intake salt, lack of vitamin D, aging., alcoholic, taking birth control pills, inherited from family history of hypertension, constant illness of kidney, and adrenal and thyroid complications or tumors. Inadequate calcium, magnesium, and potassium are causes belong to vital or primary hypertension. One out of 20 people suffering from secondary hypertension which distinguished as kidney disease, endocrine sickness or hormonal malfunctioning, tapering of the aorta- the biggest artery through the heart or the arteries trough the kidney, medications from steroid, contraceptive drugs, and pregnancy that might trigger pre-eclampsia which might be fatal and can damage the baby.
